Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Orders: 3+ business days

Important Details:

  1. The checkout shipping estimate shows transit time only, not processing time
  2. UPS, DHL, and USPS are experiencing high volume delays
  3. International orders may face additional customs and duty delays

For 2-Day Air service, select this option during checkout to receive priority processing.

Guaranteed delivery dates apply only when:

  • Shipping address is correct
  • No weather disruptions occur
  • No carrier delays happen
  • Package is shipping within the US
How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping on all orders shipping within the U.S. is $4-$10 depending on weight, but we do offer free shipping on all USA & Canada & Australia & New Zealand orders over $49 (yay!).

Just a reminder, standard shipping for U.S. orders is 2-5 business days, and Canada & Australia & New Zealand shipping is from 8-14 business days.

The above times do not include the 24-48 hours it takes for our warehouse to process and pack your order once it is received.

My package tracking information is showing that it has been delivered, but I have not received it. What can I do?

Sometimes USPS and UPS mark packages as delivered a day or two before they are. If you’ve waited two days, please read below.

Please verify that your current mailing address is the address on the order confirmation email you received.

We also recommend that you check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. This happens a lot!

If you live in an apartment complex, we recommend that you contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping.

Consider calling your local post office with your tracking number  and ask them if they can assist you further. Sometimes they have more information than what we can see online. They may even have your package on hold for you. If they have a postmaster at your local post office, ask to speak with him/her first.

Can I use multiple coupon codes on my order?

Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order at this time.

Do you provide price adjustments?

Unfortunately as a small business, we are not able to maintain adjustments that many large corporate retailers put in place since our margins are now razor thin due to our product & shipping cost increases and inflation over the last year. We do however appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to support charities around the world in need through your purchase.

What types of payment can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as offer express checkout options utilizing american_express,apple_pay,pay pal,master,visa.

Are rings and bracelets waterproof?

While our rings and bracelets are water-resistant, we highly recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water when possible.

My ring arrived but does not fit. Can I return it for a new size?

Unfortunately, our rings are not eligible for return

What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?

Sorry about that! If we sent you an incorrect item in your order, Please contact us at support@xnavio.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

We do our best to restock our best selling designs as often as possible, but if you are interested in a particular item, feel free to reach out to our team at support@xnavio.com , and we'll be happy to help!
